This project included 20,000 sf of interior fit-out.  Gillanders was the General Contractor. The scope of work included general office space, private offices, reception area, meeting complex, computer room and a lunchroom / lounge area.

The challenge of this project was to complete the work in a timely manner while working with FIS’s designated security and technology partners.

A unique aspect of this project was that Gillanders was able to help with a design change of the communications system to utilize existing building features the design team was not aware of during the design period. The result was a cleaner finished look and reduced costs.
